The new management who took over are not good at managing, the salon closed last month for works, however this was not communicated to me by the owners or their instruction to staff to do so. So I turned up to the apt and it was all closed. Yet again no one cancelled this apt which was booked in advance. I obviously didn’t turn up and they could t have re opened yet as no one called me. I wouldn’t recommend this place under the new management when they open for any of their services, you don’t treat existing loyal customers like this, it’s as if they don’t care about the beauty side of the business, just starting up the private GP/cosmetic part. Disappointing.
Eyebrow Waxing
I didn't have my appointment as when I went there the salon was closed and there was no one there. I have been to the salon several times and it has been closed and been refurbished but I am still getting reminder messages from Treatwell to go to my appointments. I have tried calling all the numbers I could find but can't get through to anyone. Someone should have the courtesy to call me and let me know when you plan to open so that I can continue my course of treatment.
CACI Body Treatments
Do not go here - The business has gone down hill since the new owners took over. It’s as if they do not care about the beauty side of the business, just invested in trying to set up the doctor Alpa part of the business. And this was evident during my last visit. I had been trying to contact the salon, via landline number found online, mobile number from correspondence sent to me as I wanted to change my appointment. I could not get through to anyone of the numbers, land line went to answering machine, which was standardised no mention of body beauty, the mobile number what’s app message was not read and when called had an engaged tone. Therefore I re-arranged my plans not to let the therapist down and went to my appointment, I was utterly horrified to see everything was closed down, there was no one to be seen, doors shut. I was fumming! This is disgraceful customer service from the owners, I have been coming to the salon countless years and have never witness this behaviour. The owners do not care about their customers. If you are gonna close for what ever reason contact it is the owners responsibility to contact each customer who is booked in to explain. If or when this salon re opens do not go there customer service is terrible from the owners point of view, my engagement with therapy and receptionist was always delightful.
Eyebrow Waxing
I had an appointment yesterday morning which I turned up to only to find that the salon was closed down!! I was so shocked and annoyed that no one even had the decency to call and let me know. Also every-time u try to ring the number it’s always disconnected and you can never get through to any other numbers , sorry how can u run a business like that. I have been going there for years and Anyil has been doing my treatments and she is absolutely amazing so will miss her. Very upsetting as this place used to be amazing when it was run by then previous owner and now they have just ruined it.
Hollywood Waxing
I called at least 40 times throughout the week to cancel my appointment most of your numbers are disconnected and the number on the website is only an answer phone. I even drove to you on Wednesday before 6 to change my appointment the shop was closed. No bookings were showing on the Treatwell app for me. I have had amazing service over the past 2 years the young lady that does my Caci facial hair s excellent. But no one seems to be around in the Palmers Green salon ??????
