Were happy to change to suit what I needed, accommodating and friendly.

Due to a misunderstanding I had to wait for 20 minutes until I was called up, but these things just happen and everybody was very apologetic, so not a big deal. Staff are friendly and professional and I never left that place being unhappy about my haircut, so nothing to complain about!
