This place looks amazing but the staff is unorganised and poorly trained which is such a shame. Waited 20 minutes while staff and management were running about completely disorganised and without any coordination. Was asked twice to fill out the same form. No communication clearly among staff. Wax was very painful and long drawn by a lady who clearly had good intentions but just wasn't trained nor ready to carry it out. Please train your staff!
Really nice, professional salon and my therapist talked me through each step of my treatment which I liked and the massage was v good, will be booking again shortly.
Wonderfully relaxing facial, great therapist Rachel was very informative and gave loads of tips for keeping skin looking great.
