Warm welcome upon arrival. They initially struggled to find my booking but this matter was rectified very easily. Rachael was excellent from start to finish and even provided me with some tips on what I could do to help with my problem. I would highly recommend this place.
Rachael was incredibly informative; detailed review of my skin complaint to ensure I was being given the proper treatment. I had arranged a back massage too and Rachael opted to do this before my facial so I would be completely relaxed - the experience was bliss and my skin is 10 times better only 48 hours later. Will definitely be back.
