Carol was really good with consulting my hair colour as I had vague image. She was very friendly and productive with her work. I made an average point for atmosphere because when I went into a salon, a lot of staffs were just chatting to each other at the reception desk and even didn't care who walks into a place. As this place has so many services, I wasn't sure if I should walk straight into a salon or I should wait in a big reception area. but these staffs weren't helpful at all.
Yulia was lovely, was happy to let me see all the choices of colours and took the time to do an amazing job! Super happy with my nails and feel truly pampered! Thank you.
