I was half an hour late getting started. Katie was jumping from one client to the other during my visit. Looked like she had too many people booked in at the one time. I had a meal booked and if it hadn’t been for other staff helping Katie out I wouldn’t have made it in time.

We love Clinica LR. My daughter and I have our hair done here and I arranged an appointment for my Mum to have a cut and blow dry with Kate. She was delighted and Kate was so good and so lovely. We'll be returning...

I am always satisfied with the cut and colour- tailored to my needs. Everything is customer focused. There is no pushing products but customers are made aware of items suited to their hair requirements.
