Sajna is amazing, I had a really great pedicure. Unfortunately the reception team is very unpleasant, received a very confusing call from them only 20 min before the appointment, an unpleasant lady was asking me to pay £30 extra if I want to have some foot work and saying smth about Sajna only doing deluxe pedis. Really confusing as I simply booked and selected a stylist via Treatwell. This was my second time at Simone and it’s a shame the reception is so nasty as the manis and pedis are great.
