I have been to Simone twice - once to get shellac nails with Diana, then to have them removed by Justina. Initially I was pleased. Diana was warm and friendly and did a nice job. I left pretty happy. However, they chipped within a week of me getting them. I am used to my gels lasting 3 weeks so this wasn't great. But the removal was AWFUL. Justina just filed off the polish with an electric file (no soaking/remover at all) and has left my nails thin and weak. I also still have patches of polish
