My treatment started 20 minutes late, which was annoying, particularly given the strong tone they take in reminder emails about no shows and lateness. The treatment itself was otherwise fine (except for a small cut which I have just noticed was made in one of my cuticles). What’s really irritated me, though, is at the end I was let in on the “big secret” that if I’d booked direct through their website I’d have paid £16 less. That’s quite a big difference, obviously, and a bit cheeky considering I wouldn’t even have known this place existed, let alone have gone there, if it wasn’t for treatwell. So, overall, the mani/pedi was fine but I am unlikely to be going back.
