Terrible terrible terrible false gel nails. thick, misshapen, filed oddly and talon-like. Didn't see any equipment in antiseptic, so no idea how clean the tools were which is a worry as one of my cuticles bled. Went back to complain and they couldn't fit me in to change them so they refunded me. I should have been a priority and they should have sorted it. Went to Flash on Grange Rd who laughed at how bad they were. They fixed them for me and did a professionally great job - go to Flash not to Clinic Simone! Waxing, on the other hand, was excellent.
