Poor customer service !!! When I went for a gel manicure the appointment was double booked so they asked if I could come early so I managed to get there 10 mins before my appointment was due ... I then got told they couldn’t actually fit me in because I had gel already on my nails and I needed to book for a soak off . The soak off I was informed was only 15 mins ! As you can imagine I was very annoyed it is not my fault they had double booked the appoitment! Obviously need more staff hired for the amount of appointments ! I would not recommend going here !!!!

Booked express OPI manicure as based on the treatment description it seemed to cover all the basics and there was no intermediate treatment between express and deluxe. The overall result was little more than what I could have done by myself at home. Cuticle work rushed, polish application uneven (one layer only). Unimpressive.

A good quality manicure even the express one. Unfortunately fully booked and not possible to change the express to full, so flexibility on that side.

The place and staff are really lovely, pedicure was fine but my manicure wasn't really good enough. Maybe it was just and off day.
