I’ve been here a few times to get my nails done and always had rave reviews. However I had a new manicurist this time (blonde lady) who really ruined my experience. Firstly when I was choosing my colours, she kept saying “NO you don’t want that it won’t suit you” which put me off ones I liked, then when I chose one but went to have a look she said “NO you can’t change your mind now” which I thought was odd because she hadn’t started painting yet. Then when I asked for shorter nails, she gave me a look and said “Not short short?” Which made me feel like I couldn’t go my usual length so I didn’t and they were too long but I was too uncomfortable to say so. Also when she was cutting my cuticles, she wasn’t very careful and two of my fingers were bleeding and stinging the whole time. I would go back but definitely choose a different lady!
