First time waxing, it was super relaxing even though I was super on edge! Diana was super nice and we chatted whilst the deed was being done. She gave me advice on the care & waxing in general. It was a painful experience (of course !) but Diana managed to calm me down. For a first timer, this was a pleasant experience! Not as awkward as I thought, very professional. Will come again.
