Excellent waxing. Ashtone is lovely, professional, puts you at ease and knows what she is doing. It's important to her that she does a good job and that she does what you want, and gives you a heads up to deal with the more sensitive areas! Overall she strikes a good balance to manage fast-but-thorough. Glad I discovered this place and I will definitely keep going back!

I was able to book this online within 3 hours of the appointment time which is so useful for last minute brows! I've never had mine done but wanted them tinted for holiday so thought I may as well them shaped too. I didn't know what to expect and it was a shame that the beautician didn't tell me what was happening at any stage of the procedure. Before I knew it I had hot wax on my forehead! I was also not asked what colour dye I wanted and they are unfortunately a little too dark. Despite all this, I am now pleased with the outcome and the price was too bad.
