When I arrived I was welcome with a smile which was really refreshing in this times of "hi" and nothing else. I was sat down asked if I would like a cup of tea, coffee or water. Then I was made to feel relaxed. O loved every minute of my treatment I would definately go back for more.

Sierra was incredible with the Japanese head spa and even let me rebook my appointment for a time that suited me better. Explained everything really clearly and was friendly. Highly recommend, the shop is also very aesthetically pleasing (pardon the pun).

Treatment with Saira always leaves me feeling amazing, she is very precise and knowledgable & is able to recommend the best products on the market. Already booked in for a seventy hyal booster which I am also looking forward to. So far the results I have seen from previous treatments have been a 10/10.
