Having never had a Japanese head massage this was a new experience for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The mini facial I also received as part of the package was an added bonus. Sierra explained what was involved but then left me to relax and enjoy the experience.The salon is very well maintained and very friendly staff. I aim to go back and would highly recommend.

I was really disappointed. Ive had better head massages at the hairdressers. It felt like I had a quick hair wash, with a basic facial. When the girl put the hair mask in, she said she'd be back in 5 mins, I lay there for approx 15 mins, it was so long that I removed my eye mask to check the time a few times. I'm glad I had a wowcher, because I definitely wouldn't have paid full price, it wasn't worth the £30 I paid. I won't return.
