I booked through 5pm for a Korean head spa for £50 for 90mins. I was sent messages confirming my appointment and felt kept up to date. Amira was so lovely and welcoming. She explained what would happen during the 90mins and got me to complete a form with all my details. She also let me see my scalp on a machine which was pretty cool. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I received a mini facial to begin with which was amazing and then the Korean spa which was fantastic.
