Half an hr was took out of my time of 90 mins. With watching videos of head spa online i expected more tahorough

When they did my microneedling It was really bad my experience is not good
they did it so lightly and they did even do it properly I am never going to go back ever again

I arrived on time for my appointment, but I was asked to wait due to poor communication regarding scheduling.
The facial itself was very disappointing and unprofessional. The massage was extremely short and rushed, with only a few products used briefly and a machine applied for less than a minute. After that, a face mask was applied, and I was left alone for over half an hour without any explanation. When the therapist returned, the mask was removed, and the session ended with no consultation
