Saira made me feel so comfortable and is a professional who takes pride in her work. I’ve had facials, hair dye and cut done by Saira and she is amazing at what she does. Gives all the right advice too.

2 x Head Spa's that had been booked through a Wowcher and cancelled 10 minutes before arrival and no contact since - basically scammed. Shame.

From the moment I stepped in Sierra was friendly and professional. I went with my daughter who had her japanese head massage first so I was offered tea or coffee before she left. When it was my turn she checked the forms I filled in when I came then she took me through to the treatment room where I had a facial first really relaxing i think the best one I've ever had then my head massage truly amazing. Finally I came back through to the front and she blew dried my hair absolutely lovely .
