After booking a few days ahead, receiving a text confirming booking and a call an hour before, again confirming the booking. I arrived rang the buzzer twice, called twice and had no response. I drove from Devizes (40miles 1h10m) thoroughly unimpressed. A lot of the negative comments on here seem to be about the organisation of this place as opposed to the services provided.

My experience at Clifton Therapy was mixed. Unfortunately my session started 40 minutes late because the therapist was busy sorting out various unrelated personal matters after I had arrived. I felt this was a little disorganised and perhaps she had not been expecting me. The therapist was apologetic and I understand life happens, but I was a little disappointed.
I put this to one side and thought I’d make the most of the treatment and ty to relax. The massage itself was nice and very relaxing and despite starting late, I was given the full time I had booked. The room however, was very bright and perhaps not the most relaxing atmosphere for a massage.

I arrived and had to call therapist. unfortanatly she was in hospital and had asked Treatwell to advise me which had not been done. was very nice on phone so 5 stars for taking my call while in hospital bless ya and hope you feel better soon.
