Hair cut was only with a knife instead of proper scissors. I waited for 20 minutes beyond the appointment time, but the cutting part itself took 10 minutes at most although I got long hair. I felt the job was done in a rush and didn't reach my expectation for a haircut that costs 50 pounds. Pluitse was cut too short for me to visit another salon to do a rescue cut...
