Worst experience in a salon in London so far. Unprofessional and lazy. The place was not clean. The hairdresser was too busy talking with a colleague for half an hour to take me on time. Then could not understand a word of English, kept repeating the same thing when I already answered three times. I had to book another salon to correct this abomination. Never again!
