This might have been lack of communication The last time I was there William gave me the best haircut ever this time it was the worst. Perhaps I should have told him again what I wanted like I did the last time but he seemed to know this haircut is absolutely horrid However he and the hsop and all the people in it are wonderful. I suspect you have to be very explicit with William He is a beautiful person and very very kind
