They appeared to be short staffed and my manicure was very rushed. Had one member of staff doing half of my nails and then another doing the rest - felt like a bit of an inconvenience. Unfortunately was not the nice experience I’m used to having at this salon.

I really like Clerkenwells, Wafa is really friendly and makes you feel at ease. She is very efficient and thorough and the waxing is always quick.
