Had to wait 40mins for my appointment. They had clearly overbooked and even turned some people away, asking them to come back later. Considering it was a lunch time appointment, I would have appreciated if they stuck to the appointment time. Blow dry was fine but nothing special

Despite the fact William was running late, he was very attentive and efficient. He was super friendly and charming and put me at ease when cutting my hair. I was very happy with the result and would definitely go back and see him again.
