Although I can't fault the quality of my hair cut, there was an issue when I arrived with my appointment time having a double booking so I had to wait up to 20 to 25mins before I received the haircut. Apart from that the staff were welcoming and friendly and the service had no oter issues apart from that early hiccup.

I arrived at the venue and was sent downstairs to the beauty area and was waiting for about 25 minutes with nobody acknowledging me there at all. I was then told they were running late. My eyebrow wax was a little rough and rushed. The outcome was okay.
