William was highly skilled and knowledgeable, I really enjoyed my experience in the salon and will be back ASAP! Only thing I could fault was the booking through treat well. They double booked my time slot so I had to wait an hour, didn't bother me, but when going back I'll book directly with the salon.

The lash lift lasted the promised 4-6 weeks, but the eyelash tint wasn’t visible even right after the tint. It was only left a few minutes on, perhaps I should have specified before that I wanted them to be darker. The staff is really nice but it’s not a relaxing experience in terms of atmosphere: quite a lot of shouting between staff (talking in a very loud way) and going up and down the stairs and between rooms etc. The lash lift product stings while on but the results are here.
