I had an appointment for 10 am. When I arrived, they informed me they'd be 10 min late. While waiting, I noticed the place was pretty dusty, both the floor and the sofa I was told to sit on. It really didn't look like the photos seen on the website. A lady called Alex gave me a minute to undress for my Hollywood waxing and came into the room without even knocking on the door. The waxing was done really quickly (10 min), but it was rather painful. I was given some cream for my private parts and expected her to leave before applying it, but she didn't (uncomfortable). Also, she left me in a mess, with talc all over my thighs and neither a towel nor some paper to clean myself with. Overall, she did her job, but it was an unpleasant experience.

The salon staff are all lovely, looked after me quickly and the wax was surprisingly not painful thanks to Alex.
