Perhaps the most painful shellac manicure I have ever had... Kesh was cut my cuticle far too deep and my finger was sore and bleeding even an hour and a half after the treatment. She was apologetic at first but then asked me to keep my cuticles clean as this would prevent her from over cutting them. I have gone to many places for shellac but never been injured like this. She also used nail polish remover to wipe the wound instead of antiseptic. The polish application is untidy and the ends of 4 of my nails are damaged in less then 24 hours as the polish was applied too thickly at the ends. Nail shape too is inconsistent with the ends of some nails pointing outwards as too much top coat was applied. All in all I am unsatisfied and what was supposed to to be a birthday treat for myself has been ruined.
