I had my Waxing with Renu and she was fantastic. She is very experienced and makes you feel very relaxed- She has a great technic for pain relief getting you to breathe in and out before she pulls the wax away. Towards the end, I felt so chilled and the Waxing experiencing was quite therapeutic. She is very thorough and knows her stuff..Highly recommend, Brilliant

I received a good facial from clerkenwells. My skin looked and felt better afterwards, which is the main thing. Unfortunately there were a few things that were a bit of a let down. The therapist didn't tell me anything about what she was doing without me asking her, she rubbed around my eyes roughly and got a lot of product in them, she left me in a cold room with the mask on without checking if I needed another towel to cover me and then cleared up around me in a small room while I put my clothes on. They weren't big issues but they changed a great facial into just an ok one.
