This was the first time I had an lvl lash lift so I do not have anything to compare it to in terms of how good the treatment was. I was pleased with it overall but I would not go back to this salon as it did not feel very professional. There was no ambience in the treatment room and I could just hear the cleaner arguing with a member of staff, shouting and swearing whilst I was having my lashes done. The therapist missed a few corner lashes and when I pointed it out, she said they just didn't have tint on them but having looked at home, they clearly were not lifted. I would have preferred it if she was honest and just apologised as I appreciate we're all human and mistakes can happen.
