Venue was not open at the time of my appointment. No respect for customers whatsoever. Do you know how hard is it for a working mum to make time for an appointment? You had two business days to tell me you can't make it but you choose to do nothing. What a disgrace.

I specifically asked for just a ‘clean up’ - the therapist left my eyebrows too thin and uneven. The threading itself was also unusually painful (and I have been having my eyebrows threaded for over ten years!).
