I was made to wait for quite a long time, if they had just given me a ring before hand I wouldn't have come down for another 20 minutes as my office is only over the road. I didn't ask for my hair to be styled at the end, but I do expect that they at least blow dry it till it's fully dry, that doesn't take 2 minutes and it means I don't have to leave with my hair soaking. I also discovered once my hair dried that they had left all the shampoo in my hair so it looked like I had disgustingly greasy hair.
