I was able to get a same day appointment, which was great, and Mel, as in the past, was lovely, chatty, and efficient. (And remembered me from a previous appointment, which was nice.) I'd booked a wash and cut and she was half way though a blow-dry before I realised it was happening, but as she was so nice I didn't say anything. Consequently, I paid more than I had planned, but it did look good, so I will still go back.
