Went back a second time and it wasn't good as the last. Staff were a bit grumpy and didn't do a good job
Renu did my eyebrows and as per always she was excellent. I find I never have to promt her with what I want. She always ensures my eyebrows remain thick and are suited to my face. She's amazing
The back massages was great - I asked my masseuse to apply a hard pressure as I had quite a few knots in my shoulders. She did so throughout the 30 minutes, checking in now and then that the pressure was what I wanted. For only £30, it was great value for money.
The room was clean and organised - if you're looking for a very polished, professional set up, you'll be disappointed though. The room was fairly loud, and I could hear noises from other rooms/the corridor throughout. This wasn't a problem for me, as I was able to tune it out, and was just looking for a good massage rather than total silence to relax.
This being said, for such a good price, the noise and facilities don't matter when then treatment itself was so good.
