Staff were nice but I didn't feel they had a professional attitude. I had to wait a while for my appointment and the waiting area was uncomfortable. The wax itself wasn't done well and for the money I've had better.
Alex is probably the best wax therapist in London. Quick and painless!

I booked a particular time for my treatment as I had work the same day but I received an email saying my booking timeslot has been changed to an earlier time. I was unable to attend because of this. I called the salon and they said they already had a booking at the original time I booked for, So I don't know why the original was available to book on Treatwell. They were polite on the phone but they didn't let me have the original appointment I had booked. I had to then book somewhere else very last minute which was a bit annoying.
