I had specifically requested Renu when booking my eyebrow threading and tint appointment as I had them done previously by her and she did a perfect job. I was disappointed to find out on arrival that Renu no longer works there. Even though they still have her name as an option on the booking form (should be removed)
My eyebrow threading was done by Jeyda instead, I was pretty happy with the shape once she was finished. I was then moved to Ally who was just to finish them off with a tint. However, Ally decided to change the entire shape of my eyebrows with a tweezers, saying one was different to the other and making them extremely thin. I was really upset with the end result when I got home.
