I turned up to this appt, only to be told the beautician wasn’t in, and I’d have to come back another day. When I did come back, it was very clear the beautician had no concept of customer service. When I came in, the beautician was finishing someone’s nails. She didn’t acknowledge me or look up at me. I was just stood there, awkwardly, hovering. When she finished the persons nails, she told me to go into a room and ‘get ready’ (I was having my eyebrows done...there was nothing to ‘get ready’ for). After a good 5 minutes waiting for her in the room, I had to physically go out and find her myself (she was through the back on her phone, texting). She couldn’t even be bothered to check what I was having done, I had to tell her. Then when I was leaving, I was stopped at the door whilst they checked if I’d paid. They couldn’t find me, because I’d obviously pre-paid for a different day (when the beautician wasn’t in), so I was held up longer. All in all, a rubbish experience.
