I had a Hollywood wax. Pros: Friendly staff, wax was quick and almost pain-free, and good value for money. Could be improved by: No double-dipping (waxer used same wooden spatula to dip into the wax, which I don't think is the most hygienic practice). Also, while I was happy with the results of the wax, I noticed as I was getting dressed that she had missed a small part where there were a some hairs left, so I had to call her back in to remove them, which then added a few minutes to the appointment. While she was very happy to remove the remaining hairs, I would encourage staff to take extra time to check that all hairs are truly removed.

Blow dry was fairly rushed and unfortunately it dropped extremely quickly! Really nice staff however and I would go back
