William is great at getting exactly what I asked for, he’s very efficient and you’re all finished within the hour! Amazing service!!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. But the haircut itself was not the best: It was not overly technical and rather rushed (I have some stray hairs left as a result, so it does not look neat), and my hair was yanked a lot when brushing. The salon also did not feel very clean.
