Got there 5 mins before my appointment started by had to wait an extra 20 mins before they started on my lashes. Slightly annoying as I had somewhere to be after my appointment.The bed had not been cleaned before I entered and had previous lashes on so had to remove the paper myself and put in the bin. In regards to the lashes she was very quick - done in 20 mins and did a good job on them. I would revisit if you're happy to wait and good value for money.

Amazing therapists - Jeyda and the waxer (don't know her name, sorry) did a great job. Kept to time and the salon is fab. Only issue is could be a tiny touch cheaper, but worth it for the fantastic outcome.
