I spent 25 mins outside waiting for my treatment to start, and with no apology when Sandra did come to collect me. The room itself was unclean, with a mountain of used wax strips and wood sticks on the floor. The wax itself was very patchy too.

Good experience. Bikini wax was not very painful but many hairs broke instead of being neatly waxed away. Leg wax was perfect. Beautician was attentive to detail but still left a couple of hairs hanging around.
