Eyelashe treatment was excellent, the venue / level of customer service not so much. Greeted by a reception with a mouth full of crisps, magic radio blaring and staff talking about their holidays isn’t what you want to be listening in on whilst your “peacefully” waiting for your lashes to set!

I booked for a gel nails pedicure thinking that would, as normal, include the foot spa, shred, cuticles the lot etc. However when I arrived I was informed that I had only booked for shellac toes and cuticle clean...this was really unclear on the booking and I’d never book a pedicure without the spa element?! They didn’t have the proper foot spas so this would have been done in a bucket anyway...at £35 I was disappointed with the result I got. The room however was really relaxing and the lady that I had was super nice and chatty...but I wouldn’t go back sadly.
