I have booked my appointment through the Treatwell app. However, when I arrived at the venue I was informed that there was no appointment booked. I had a black tie event for the evening and I really got annoyed. Daniel explained to me that it was treatwell's fault that the appointments were not updated on his calendar and kindly offered to do my hair no matter that he was about to leave. Daniel, thank you so much my ponytail was gorgeous.
