My experience at this salon was very good. Alex was super quick, with a full Hollywood only lasting 15-20 minutes! And it was very thorough. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that I had to wait about 10 minutes for my appointment and the card machine wasn't working, but this was my first time at the salon so could have easily been a one off. Overall great value for money.

The wax was good, however I was left with a lot of wax on me after the treatment. Salon wasn't particularly smart.
