The technician did a really rushed job and my eyelashes had almost fallen out before 1 week. Upon ringing the salon to get it sorted several times, they fobbed me off and told me they couldn’t fit me in to get it sorted and I never heard back again. The woman who did my lashes was initially very rude, terrible customer service and disappeared after, leaving me standing waiting ages to pay for my treatment which one of the hair stylist‘s had to eventually come over and help with.
