This was without a doubt the worst nail appointment I have ever had. I went in for a simple gel/shellac removal. The lady made me wait for ages without acknowledging I was there. When she did come out she did not know what treatment I was there for. She attempted to make no conversation so we had to listen to the radio blaring out for twenty minutes. While she was basically pulling the polish off my fingers (which I could do myself thanks) she jabbed me really hard with the metal stick which made my cuticle bleed and she didn’t even apologise, just wiped it. I would give this 0 stars if I could.
