I usually love this place but the problem is you can't actually tell very well if your eyebrows are good straight after a treatment in a handheld mirror and am generally in a rush to get back to work. On this instance the end of my right brow was taken off dramatically so I looked pretty stupid and was annoyed at myself that I simply trusted the therapist and made my way. Shame.
