I do like this place as everyone is very friendly and it has real character. Always get a great blow dry and cut, however, on this particular occasion I felt I didn't really receive the consultation I would of liked which is why I've only given three stars. I think staff may have been a bit rushed and my hair was washed before the hairdresser sat me down and asked exactly what I wanted meaning they didn't really see how my hair normally falls etc. I have curly hair which wasn't apparent once wet. The reason I chose this place originally is that they've always taken the time to sit me down and thoroughly discuss with me what I wanted before any hair washing takes place so I hope it was just a one off as I'd like to stay a regular here :)
