I often visit this salon and the wax itself is great - really quick and as pain free as it can be. The lady who does the waxing is lovely too. However, today the receptionist was really rude and it’s put me off revisiting - I’ll probably try another salon in the area instead next time. I always pay beforehand and today as I was leaving she screamed across the hairdressers "excuse me have you paid?" I explained I had, and always do beforehand and she proceeded to shout "let me double check you have". She could have asked in a more ‘customer service’ friendly manner
